Refunds & Returns Policy

At The SA Café, we take great pride in the quality and care that goes into every product. As all items are freshly prepared and often made to order, all sales are final.


Not Delighted with Your Order?

In the unlikely event that you're not delighted with your purchase, please get in touch with me immediately upon receiving your order by emailing cindy36mail@gmail.com. I aim to respond within 24 hours.

Please note:
Unfortunately, I cannot consider complaints where the product has been prepared and supplied correctly, but is not to your personal taste or texture preference. We all have different palates, and I hope you understand.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact me straight away so I can assess the issue and make things right.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our goods, perishable items (including food and kits) cannot be returned.
If you have concerns about your specific item, please feel free to get in touch.


Refunds

Partial or full refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis and will usually be issued as store credit.

Please note:

  • Refunds cannot be issued for customer errors, such as selecting the wrong shipping method at checkout.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since I've confirmed your complaint, and you haven't heard back, please email me again at cindy36mail@gmail.com.
