Shipping policy

Except where otherwise indicated on the website at the time you place your order, the cost of postage or delivery for the transport of your order is payable in addition to the price of the order.

If shipping is not correctly selected at the time of checkout, your order will be placed on hold until the shipping issue is resolved.  If you wish to cancel your order due to a shipping error, your payment will be held for you as a store credit.  Unfortunately no refunds can be considered for a shipping selection error on checkout.

Once I have accepted your order and received a valid payment in full I will endeavour to process, post and/or deliver your order to you within the timeframes as specified on my website. Please note that I will ship your order by the postage carrier nominated by me and that I am dependant on that carrier once your order has been dispatched.

I deliver to most residential and business addresses across Newcastle Upon Tyne, however, there are certain areas that I may be unable to deliver to. Should the delivery address supplied be incorrect or insufficient details were provided, I unfortunately will not accept any responsibility for any loss of your order. It is your obligation to supply accurate details at the time of your order. If there is any delay with the delivery of  your order then I will contact you as soon as possible.

Local deliveries to the NE5 area are free -  I will deliver your order to you personally.

Other deliveries to the Newcastle upon Tyne area will be charged on a case-by-case system, calculated personally for your particular order.  You are welcome to discuss any queries regarding shipping costs, delivery or postage costs with me prior to placing your order.
