Cape Malay Frikkadels - cooked and then frozen & vacuum sealed.  Available in our frozen range so you can recreate this wonderful meal at home any time you like.  

Simply thaw the frikkadels in the fridge overnight, then reheat in the microwave or air frier to add to your meal.  You could serve this with rice, creamy sweetcorn bake, and old-fashioned Afrikaans green beans to feel the comfort of a proper home-cooked meal.
