Kit - Onion Ring Mix (4)

Onion ring mix for 4 onions to ensure the best crisp and flavour

Cooking instructions:

Thinly slice 4 onions.  Soak in 4 cups of milk for at least one hour.  Shake off the excess milk. Place onion rings into the Onion Ring Mix, moving around to ensure evenly coated.  Shake off excess mix.  Cook straight away by frying in hot oil until golden.  Alternatively pop in the air fryer until golden. Immediately season with salt. 

Serving suggestion:

Pair with Chicken Schnitzel, Rocking Horse sauce and fries or a baked potato, or salad.
