    Ingredients: Wheat flour (self-raising flour [wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin], wheat flour), sugar, buttermilk(milk), butter (milk), bran flakes (wheat bran, sugar, barley malt extract, salt), coconut flakes, raisins, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, linseed (flaxseed), chia seeds, poppy seeds, eggs (egg), baking powder (raising agents: E450, E500), salt

    Prepared in a kitchen that handles the following allergens: milk, soya, gluten, fish, mustard, celery, nuts, eggs, sesame seeds, and sulphur dioxide.
